If any modification is unacceptable, Your sole remedy is to terminate this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Use of the Service after any such modification will be deemed acceptance of such modification. Except as otherwise stated herein, any modification to this Agreement shall be effective immediately after it initially is posted on the Site.
